Chef Chris McPhee was formerly head chef at Swinton Park Hotel near Masham, where he launched the Terrace brasserie and led its team to their first AA Rosette. He also appeared on the 2018 season of BBC’s Masterchef.

Since joining the Freemasons Arms, his focus is firmly on creating exceptional, tempting and distinctive seasonal dishes from local ingredients to be enjoyed in a cosy and relaxed atmosphere.
